Hiroki

You will also like this manga, because it revolves in the same universe, the characters from both manga's slightly interlink. Also gives the same build up of love in the plot.

sofymoon

This is created by the same writer. both have very well-developed characters, a plot and it is very cute!

InsanelyAnime

Both are created by Shungiku Nakamura so they have the same type of art and feel to the story. If you like one you'll like the other because both are romantic, funny, and adorable. Also they are both yaoi.

Kokoro911

If you like Junjou Romantica, then it is pretty safe to say that you will like Sekai-Ichi Hatsukoi, and vice versa. Both not only come from the same mangaka, but are also similar when it comes to the story line and relationships between the main characters. In both you will experience the annoying uke who can't admit or come to terms with his feelings, and the seme who is annoyingly selfish and demanding of his uke. They are each equally romantic, and if you shamelessly enjoyed one, there is no reason why you wouldn't enjoy the other.

Author's Pet

Author's Pet

Yuuta Oohashi is an ordinary high school boy, but when he literally runs into author Tsubaki Nishijima, his life swiftly changes. In order to pay the writer back for injuring him, Yuuta has agreed to become his slave and now completes every odd-job Tsubaki desires, from hand-feeding him to recording his latest novel. However, as the pair spends time together, their relationship develops into more than just the author and his pet. Meanwhile, the cat-loving Naruse finds a young man passed out on the street and takes the stray in to his home to recover…

Nocturnalgloria

Funny yaoi manga with mischievous authors and their younger partners whom they torment. Plenty of slapstick and fluff abound in both. JR has its serious moments and covers many volumes and other couples while Author's Pet has several one shots but the content is very much the same.

I'm really falling in love with the couple in Honto in the same way I fell in love with Junjou's main couple. I'm not sure that there are too many similarities between the couples since the personalities are so different from Junjou's  but both have family resistance due to the characters being from different worlds/backgrounds, both have communication issues at times, and both couples have their quirks that make them so lovable! I would say the ratio of drama, humour, and romance feels equal to junjou so maybe to me the ratio seems perfect

Anyway hope you enjoy reading.

InsanelyAnime

Besides the similar name, they are both adorable yaoi stories created by Shungiku Nakamura. Mistake is a one-shot, but still manages to create funny moments that contrast with its deep moments. Romantica is longer which gives it more character depth, but they both have the same feel.

Rololita

They are both the kind anyone who loves yaoi with uke on semi action for LOVE ^//.//^ okane ga nai is pretty hard core on the explicite part (That is great for some people) *wink wink nudge nugde* So any fan girl will love ayase with his huge innocent eyes! The plot is also great (and you get used to the big guy, he looks better in the manga than in the anime) READ IT <3
