not only does both of these mangas has a similer plot in which girl disguse as her brother so she can go to an all boys inorder to help her brother and family out. both boku ni natta watashi and idol shopping has the disgused girl fall in love with the popular hotty at school! they each have a little love triangle and cute love scence.:)
both Idol Shopping and Boy of the Female Wolf feature a female protagonist having a hobby, crossdressing. Even though in one case the protagonist has no choice but to maintain it to accomplish her goal and in the other case the main protagonist maintains it so that people won't find out about his real gender. Both female leads are tomboys, raised in unusual backgrounds. If you liked one of this mangas you will like the other one as well.
Tsukushi Makino is an average girl who attends a not-so-average school. Populated by an elite and high-classed society of students, the school is also home to the F4 - the richest boys in school who dictate the lives of both the students and the teachers. One day, Tsukushi's friend accidentally falls and knocks over the F4's mighty leader, Domyouji Tsukasa - a boy famous not only for his money, but also for striking fear into any student who looks at him the wrong way. I recommend both mangas to each other because there is a group of boys who forms a club and is the most popular people in the school while the main girl character is getting bullied in the begining but then she will start to develope feelings for the leader of the group....

Hana Kimi and Idol Shopping are very similar because the two main girls go in to an all boy school pretending to be a boy and is later found out by someone and the plot also have two boys liking her. I love both mangas very much and I really recommend people to read it
