Cat Street and Honey Hunt have a very similar feel between them. They both contains main characters that are trying hard to make a name for themselves in the entertainment business (for different reasons), but that's not the only thing they have in common. Despite their different pasts and family situations, these characters' feel are remarkably similar. Their personalities, reactions with guys, how they overcome hurdles, and even the way they tackle the acting business have similar feels. If you like the acting world, it's enjoyable watching either one of them, face their shortcomings and excel in this business. If you liked one for any of these reasons, I'm sure you'll enjoy the other.

While trying to make a name for themselves in the entertainment business the two heroines of Cat Street and Honey Hunt are intermixed.  Both series revolve around the protagonists wanting to act while trying to overcome their own fears of how to deal with friendships and relationships.

Both series are about a girl trying to make it in show biz to get back at someone. She finds her own identity through enjoying the art of acting. There are also plenty of cute boys who cause her many distractions, but she continues to try and get her revenge through an acting career.

Each series most definitely showcases a girl trying to get a guy to fall for her. In Lovely Complex, Risa is desperate to show Otani that they can be more than friends. In Honey Hunt, Yura tries to get Q-ta to notice her for herself, and not her famous father. Both series really have the same sort of vibe to them, though Honey Hunt is more dramatic than the always-light Lovely Complex. If you liked one, I think you'd enjoy the other.
