Both series revolve around an easily embarrassed girl who has never been in a relationship before and who is now forced into a relationship by someone else. Both series give off similar "awww" feel and stuff, so you can't go wrong with one if you liked the other.

The Perfect Girlfriend

The Perfect Girlfriend

Suwa is perfect. She has perfect grades, perfect looks and is the idol of everyone at her school. However this "perfection" has created an odd distance between her and her fellow classmates. That is except for Takeda, the boy who sits in front of her in class. It seems Takeda is the only person that is able to speak to Suwa normally and much to her chagrin he is starting to think she is not all that perfect.

Both series feature a female character who is labeled as perfect (looks, grades etc.), but who is also often misunderstood (has difficulties interacting with peers). Both of those gals try to enter a relationship with a quite normal guy, but they find romance much more difficult than studying and get embarrassed very easily. If you liked one of those manga then the other one should prove to be a good read too.

Tonari no Kashiwagi-san

Tonari no Kashiwagi-san

Both Hadi Girl and Tonari no Kashiwagi-san are those awkward high school girl romance series. In both, the female lead is super shy, but everyone gets fooled by her false front and believes that she is very cold. The main plot line revolves around her being pushed into a relationship with a guy. If you liked one, odds are, you'll like the other one too.

Kyou no Yuiko-san

Kyou no Yuiko-san

The story of the protagonist, Tomoya, and his everyday life with his girlfriend Yuiko-san.

If you're into those awkward girl romance series, then you're in for a treat. Both Kyou no Yuiko-san and Hadi Girl are such manga and both are quite good at it too. If you don't know what I'm talking about, know that this type of character is sort of like a tsundere, except with the tsun-tsun side and violence being replaced by shyness and awkwardness.

Ojojojo

Ojojojo

Jigokumeguri Haru is the heiress of one of the largest business empires in all of Japan. She is not only rich, but also practically a celebrity. However, partly because of her heritage and partly because of her arrogant and aloof behavior, she has always been isolated from her peers and has never been able to make friends. Thus she has – without success so far – transferred from school to school to finally find a place where she would be accepted. This only begins to change when she meets her new classmate Kawayanagi Tsurezure, an outcast weirdo that dresses in 20th century fashion, talks little and smiles even less. Both being somewhat socially awkward, they thus begin an unexpected friendship.

Those manga are not that extremely similar plot wise, but both have similar female character. The female lead's personality borders on tsundere, but is far more shy and easly embarrassed than tsun tsun. If you found the struggles of the female lead (with her own personality that is) in one of those two series interesting, the other one should prove worth reading too.
