In both of those manga the girl is very strong and the guy was actually saved by her during their first meeting. Odds are, you are going to like one of them if you liked the other.
In both of these series there is a powerful and wealthy male character who falls in love with someone they decide they *must* have. The plots revolve around them trying to make their 'true love' fall in love with them. If you enjoyed one, you'll like the other.
