the main boys of this show are very famillier feeling both set in diff world one with magic and another with demons you get the same feel when your watching them the are both devolping there powers slowley witha wild child kinda past if you like one your sure to like the other
Blue Exorcist and Fairy Tail are refreshingly good shounen series with strong, diverse casts, powers that are fun to watch, and a great balance between humor and action. If you like one of these, you are almost certain to love the other as well! ^_^
Teamwork, comradery, memorable characters, interesting character development, beautiful artwork and great stories; these manga have it all. The protagonists are both kind of dense but extremely courageous and do everything they can to help people.
When they were accused of trying to overthrow the monarchy, the feared warriors the Seven Deadly Sins were sent into exile. Princess Elizabeth discovers the truth—the Sins were framed by the king's guard, the Holy Knights—too late to prevent them from assassinating her father and seizing the throne! Now the princess is on the run, seeking the Sins to help her reclaim the kingdom. But the first Sin she meets, Meliodas, is a little innkeeper with a talking pig. He doesn't even have a real sword! Have the legends of the Sins' strength been exaggerated … ?
Both are very similar, generic fantasy battle shounen. They share most of the same audience and even official crossovers.
These two animes are alot alike. They both have magic involed, and the same chararistic aproach to the story. Without spoling too much, I can say, that there are a curious girl and a strong boy involed in both of the animes.
no need to write a novel THEY R BOTH GREAT!! CX oh so i have to write a novel welp sh*t umm oki lemme see the similarites
MEH just copynd paste :DD
In the ancient past, a highly-intelligent and technologically-advanced civilization was pushed to extinction, leaving behind relics known as O-Parts. These mysterious items are only usable by a select type of beings known as O-Parts Tacticians, and give their users powerful abilities. Jio is a boy who, as a child, was driven out of his village after being accused of killing his best friend Jin's parents. Since then, he underwent training with a lone wolf named Zero and now is on a quest to conquer the world! One day, Jin runs across a girl and saves her from a monster. Her name is Ruby Crescent, and she's a treasure hunter in search of O-Parts. Together, the two travel the land, encountering fierce organizations, old enemies and new friends. But more importantly, they slowly learn more about their pasts, including the discovery that Jin harbors a dark secret: he holds within him the power of Satan, the ultimate evil!
Admittedly, Fairy Tail and O-Parts Hunter don't have much in common, plot-wise. But both are very similar shounen titles with a hefty sense of adventure and tons of action. They both read very quickly and will definitely appeal to the same audience!
In a vast world, Emma, a girl with something lurking inside her, meets the magician Shion!!! What is the "Magico" ritual that will bind them together?! Even if they risk their lives to tread a path of thorns...!!
Magic is the key theme connecting both Mangas, but there's also loads of humor packed up with series of adventures. One thing that I also find similar in Magico and FairyTail is the good-hearted storytelling which makes this definitely oriented for kids but also fun for teens and adults. Thumbs up for the gorgeous universes and artwork created by the mangakas.
In a bizarre fantasy world, students known as meisters are trained at the illustrious Shinigami Weapon Meister University; but the tools they wield are no ordinary weapons! Each meister is paired with a human-like being who can transform into a weapon at will; and after defeating a pre-kishin - a human whose soul has darkened - the weapon eats the soul within it. A meister's ultimate goal is to collect ninety-nine pre-kishin souls and one of a witch so that his or her partner will become an all-powerful Death Scythe. Maka and her partner Soul Eater; Assassin Black Star and his partner Demon Blade Tsubaki; and Shinigami's son Death the Kid and his partners the Demon Twin Pistol Thompson Sisters each vie for their ultimate goal, but plenty of challenges and adventures lie in their way!
If you liked Fairy Tale or Soul Eater, the other would most certainly be worth a read because they both have the same comedic style. In both mangas, there are somewhat extreme characters interacting in highly amusing ways. Other than that, the overall comedic tone is very similar.
