While Dragon Head has a different sort of plot, both have identical artwork (having been drawn by the same person) and have a very creepy feel (at least, for the beginning part of Dragon Head).

These two manga are incredibly similar - a catastrophic event occurs, a handful of survivors have to navigate wreckage and try to survive against all manner of threats, including the dark side of humanity, and eventually hope to discover what's really going on. Both are grim and disturbing, though Dragon Head has the better artwork of the two given it's not a webcomic. Fans of survival horror will definitely appreciate both.
