Both Fujimura-kun Mates and D-Frag! are gag manga about a delinquent guy hanging out with a handful of out of ordinary girls. The style of humor, characters lacking common sense and hilarious punchlines make those two series a good match.
The main selling point, aside from a delinquent surrounded by oddball characters, is the humor. Straight man/funny man, punchlines with proper timing, a bit of wordplay and truly, seriously, the punchlines. The main delinquents for both series are masters of the art!
Both these manga revolve around a delinquent male who somehow gets dragged into a group of insane girls who seem to do nothing but make his life more difficult.
The comedy is of a high standard in each, with excellent punchlines everywhere, fun characters who say random things at the funniest of times, some great wordplay and even a few quality references thrown in for good measure.
Fans of one should find the other an enjoyable read.
You know that boke and tsukkomi routine? That's the fuel for these two school-based comedies, although Seitokai runs on significantly more perversion. 110% more. They can get pretty oddball at times and the logic can be a bit bonkers but some laughs are to be had if you're a fan of this style of comedy.
Both are boke and tsukkomi comedies set in a high school, and feature a cast of pretty crazy girls with varying personalities as they make a single guys life hell. Seitokai Yakuindomo is considerably more perverted than D-Frag, which is more of a straight up comedy series, but i feel fans of one will find the other interesting.
The Friend Making Club of Tomodachi has a (Relatively) legit excuse, but the Game Creater Club (Temp) of D-Frag! has none in terms of the... events they partake in. They aren't the usual events you'd do in a school club and the characters don't help matters any, especially with a delinquent (Or delinquent looking at least) being one of the forerunners. Hints of love abound, but it doesn't get in the way of comedy.
