Out of all the Code Geass mangas, this is the top manga must reads. The story is set on Nunnally the youger sister of Lelouch; which whom is the one granted power of the kings. She believes Lelouch was killed while walking through the getto of Japan; now called Area 11. The power she is given grants her the ability to see the lines of the future; (as of used in the anime during the last few episodes). The manga really explains more on the history of this unknown power and to what Britannia was doing with CC's powers. That is what really drew me into the manga. The characters are good leaving out Susaku most of the time focusing on Nunnally and the Order of Britannia. This manga is the only one in the series that involves Nightmare machines which sets it apart from the other two manga; which makes it more interesting than Lelouch of the Rebellion and Susaku of the Counter Attack. The art also shows more depth than the other two by far and shows more of what the battle would really be like with the Nightmares. From this perspective the manga is the top Code Geass series must buy, and I highly recommend this manga.
