Not every day you come across a manga in which the main character perceives everyone as a robot and both of those manga feature such character. If you found that theme interesting, then giving the other manga a try might be a good idea.
Both series give that Truman Show vibe and I'm sure that's more than enough reason to recommend them to each other. Also both have a high school setting of sorts (actually it doesn't really resemble a high school manga at all).
Those series feel somewhat similar, I can't really tell why, so let's call it "gut feel" for now. The main characters in both series are very different from your generic senien and shounen ones. I can't give a 100% guarantee, but it's highly possible that you will like one of the series if you liked the other one.
Teiichi Niiya is a first year middle-school student at Seikyou Private Academy, an institution known for mysterious occurrences. The boy quickly finds these rumors to be true when he meets Yuuko Kanoe, a beautiful, mischievous girl who quickly takes a liking to him... and happens to be a ghost who seemingly no one else can see! Unable to remember anything about her past, Yuuko enlists Teiichi’s help to discover the truth, and together they join the school's Paranormal Investigation Club. With fellow memebers Momoe and Kirie, the pair will investigate the many strange happenings around campus, including the shadowy circumstances surrounding Yuuko’s death.
Both manga feature a rather crazy, energetic girl whose crazy act no one seems to notice except for the male lead (whom she loves to tease). Those series do feel somewhat alike and it is highly possible that you will enjoy one if you liked the other one.
This is just a hunch, but something tells me you would find one of those interesting, if that's what you thought of the other one. I'd love too tell more, but I might spoil the fun if I tell too much, so you have to trust my gut on this one :)
