Shousei Abe is a regular Catholic School student; except that she’s in love with the school’s most adored oujo-sama and closest friend, Mayuko. However, with her other friend, Mawata, frequently involving the pair in her various otaku-related schemes, there’s little chance of spending any quality time alome with the object of her affections. From the girls fawning over Mayuko’s princess cut hairstyle, to Mawata tricking the others into participating in a yuri photo shoot and getting them to help out on her Comiket doujinshi stand, the three girls are always busy - whether they want to be or not.
Two extremely sweet four-panels comedies in which you'll find a good dose of shoujo-ai subtext, but dealt with in a very cute way. I found both Choir! and Poor Poor Lips really funny, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a moe fix.
Different characters, different setting, but just the same level of whackiness. In both Choir! and Strawberry Shake you'll find a cute girlXgirl couple not-so-secretly in love with each other, a very funny cast of side-characters, and how they all deal will their daily lives in the most hilarious ways. If you're a fan of slapstick/whacky comedies, and liked either Choir! or Strawberry Shake, give the other a shot and I doubt you'll be disappointed.
