Both Ceres: Celestial Legend and Romeo X Juliet deal with the main character having a hard time coping with what she has to deal with. Even though Ceres is more fantasy-based while Romeo X Juliet is based off of Shakespeare, the two stories both have the same kind of star-crossed love in them.

Ceres: Celestial Legend and Rosario to Vampire, although seemingly unrelated the personalities between Ceres and Aya and Mako’s vampire form and human form have similarities in the characteristics they portray. The transformation has a more mature attitude and seems to be more capable all around while untransformed there is an innocent girl in place that relies on others for help.

Both series deal with magic and transformations and the heroine having to take it upon herself to do what is best for her friends and family.
As the past for the main characters is unknown in Ceres and Tsukihime problems start to arise from the secrets. Both series contain supernatural elements designed to enhance the mysteries surround the leads.

Vampire Knight and Ceres both involve intense love triangles with both males intensely caring about the heroine. Aya and Yuki are both strong willed leaders that have a mission ahead of them that they have to complete. The stories are enthralling and fairytale like.
