Some weak guy enters some high school without knowing that in it the students are made to fight each other (including but not limited to death). Also both series are cliche and not very good, but Love Gun is probably slightly better.
Parabellum

On the very first day that Kuze Aoi transferred to Hinomiya Academy, he finds himself facing down the barrel of a gun. He is introduced to the campus and the student body by his childhood friend Miyabi and learns about the prince and princess among students, Shitara Sagiri and Hinomiya Kuon. Sagiri is a cool and beautiful while Kuon is elegant and magnificent. After school, Aoi gets lost on campus and Kuon begins shooting at him and he's barely saved by a random girl named Atarashi Sonoko. It seems that Aoi holds a secret that is critical in a feud between two old, powerful families.

Both manga have similar setting and plot. In both male lead ends up in a school in which the students fight each other (presumably to death) for the power over the country (no don't ask...). Since he is no combatant, he gets his butt saved by some girl. If I continue writing this recommendation I only end up discouraging you from reading those manga, so let me conclude, that if you somehow liked one of them, you probably won't be disappointed with the other one.
