Miss Yukari's high school class is far from average. With ten-year-old genius Chiyo; dim-witted ‘Osaka'; weight conscious Yomi; loud-mouthed and energetic Tomo; and the ultra cool, animal-loving Sakaki, daily life is far from dull. Follow the day-to-day lives of this fun-loving group of girls as they progress through high school. From annual cultural festivals to gambling, from first dreams of the New Year to death-defying road trips, the lives of these students and their teachers are always exciting and new.

Yamabuki High School attracts many art students due to its special art classes. Among the school's new pupils is Yuno, who dreams of becoming a famous artist. She lives in the nearby apartment complex Hidamari-so, along with the hyperactive classmate Miyako, the weight-obsessed Hiro and the tomboyish Sae. Together, the students live their day to day lives, including investigating the school's bizarre myths and deal with their cosplaying teacher. But whether they are in school, at the apartment or out shopping, working or playing, the four friends always manage to have fun in the process!

Azumanga Daioh and Hidamari Sketch are sweet little 4-Koma manga about unusual girls and their friends in high school.

Kaede Takamura is an only child... or she is meant to be at least. When she wakes up one day to find herself staring at a mysterious girl who looks just like her, she unexpectedly acquires a younger sister! The girl's name is Suzu, and she is practically Kaede's mirror image apart from her strange cat ears and bigger breasts. While her parents are quick to accept Suzu as their child, Kaede seems to be alone in her thought that Suzu's sudden appearance is a bit odd. She knows very little about the ways of modern society, is overly affectionate and causes nothing but trouble for her 'older sister', but will Suzu's friendly nature eventually win Kaede over?

Both are 4-Koma's about school life; dealing with things and situations that turn out unexpectidally.  I really like 4-Koma's and both are absoluetly halairious

Oddly enough Onizuka from Yankano! and Sakaki from Azumanga Daioh have a lot in common, so if you liked one of them, you could check the other manga for a (somewhat) similar character.
