Both mangas are about love triangles and the royal family. There are similar themes about class and status and both feature elaborate costumes.

They're both Manhwa that deal with royalty, romance, and an average girl who has a connection to the royal family. They both have an evil queen as a antagonist, as well as princes who fight over succession while in love with the lead. If you liked one, you will definitely like the other.

Both of these stories are manhwa that are royalty focused romances. In both, the main female character first meets the lead male character and does not realize his power/status. 100% Perfect Girl has much darker tones, but they both have murder/lost memories as sub-themes.

Both of these stories start out with the main female character making a deal with the main male character that causes them to leave behind their poverty/common-ness and enter a world of nobility/royalty. Eventually this leads to romances and love triangles that get pretty intense. They have a similar feel, in both story and art, so if you like one, you may enjoy the other.

Both tell the story of a girl who seeks to insinuate herself into the royal family of three wildly different princes.  At first only wanting to seduce one of the princes, the protagonist finds herself mired in political intrigue as the secrets of the three princes come to light.  Of the two series, Dokuhime is much darker and complex than A Kiss for My Pirnce.

Both are Korean manhwa about a girl's role in the political intrigue of the royal family.  Somehow, three different princes fall for our beautiful but irritating orphaned protagonist.  A Kiss for My Prince has more of a European aesthetic vs. Crazy Girl Shin Bia's oriental setting.
