Synopsis:

When Tomoko was sixteen years old - or around 6000 days - she made a mistake that's haunted her forever: she didn't express her true feelings to the boy she loved. While reflecting on her regret, Tomoko is hit by a car and suddenly, she finds herself back at that point in time. All she can do is observe those fateful days replaying themselves again, hoping that this time, things can turn out differently...
