The render (if that's a render) is full color, so no. It'd be close if the BG wasn't a different color. There's an asston of monochrome BRS images on the booru's if you're having trouble finding any.

Gelbooru / black_rock_shooter monochrome

Good choice of subject though. She works well with this theme because the eyes can easily be colorized and she has a natural B&W design.

What program are you using?

I made this on pixlr.com real quick using the same image:

i just started using pixlr about 3weeks ago, so i still sick at it. how would i go about making a pic monochrome.. just make it black and white then replace the white with a color? is there a tool or a way to do spot coloring or do i have to do it with the pencil?
