Ummm, I haven't seen Inyuasha, so I don't know if that character is tsundere. Google is always a great help in times like these:Phttp://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/Tsundere That's a solid definition.

Tsundere: Kagome, though being a Tybe B aka more deredere she later mellows a bit. Inuyasha could count a bit as a male example, and Sango also has some flashes of Tsundere-ness despite being kind of a Yamato Nadeshiko.

is what TVTropes has to say about Inyuasha. I don't know who that is a pic of, but I wouldn't take it down anyways. You're welcome to change the sig to a tsundere character if it isn't one by the end of the week, or even leave it up if it isn't a tsundere lol (but it would probably hurt your chances if that was the case, because more votes would probably go to actual tsundere characters).

(In general, as long as it's OK for a forum signature we dont ban light pantsu and such. Do you want to ban it specifically for your contests or did you just assume it was banned? I can update the rules page if you dont want any stuff like that )
