Russians are fairly rare, I think. Balalaika and her cohorts, Simon Breznev, a throwaway national team from Eyeshield 21 and two horrible, horrible individuals from Seikon no Qwaser are the only ones that come to my mind. Aaaaand... one girl from Strike Witches? Not really a lot of material to choose from, I think Germans are more represented if we're talking about non-US foreigners in anime.

I did want to enter.. Had an nice pic to work with.. But I didn't had enough time to finish it..
had an "exam" of 80 hours last two weeks.. I just didn't had the spirit to crawl back to my computer and open photoshop XD..

I wanted to enter too, but Russian is really hard to come up with something. I was considering just picking a random Russian-looking character and sticking the Russian flag on it somewhere, but yeah... Russian is hard to make a sig for.

and 'russians' may have been to specific... you could rather do something like 'gaijin', though you probably had bad luck with a lazy/busy week also
