Like I said, it doesn't have to be perverted. Food can be censored due to it's complete foulness. Eyes can be censored because... you want to. a guy getting killed can be censored. You can censor nothing just because you feel like it, as long as there is some type of censorship on the sig. :3
But if that's what you want to do, feel free.
