I went to barnes noble yesturday and went to the graphic novel section and saw scryed manga!
I bought it love it.
I loved the anime too I also so love hina and chobits and a few others. seems like tokyopop is going nuts with manga.. Im just waiting for SDK to come out in june.

Yup. TokyoPop is also branching out into more different types of manga too, which is nice.... they're also bringing out the Battle Royale manga, which looks pretty interesting.

Are you sure? I don't think I've seen TokyoPop specifically say there was any manga they wouldn't consider. I'm sure if there's enough demand for it, they might think about it as a future acquisition. They certainly at least seem like a more likely company to get it than Viz or Dark Horse or CPM Manga.

I actually made some naoise about Scyred manga myself, its pretty different fromt he anime, but the anime can certinally hold its own against the manga, which for me is a miracle.

Well first to say, Scryed Manga is a lot more twisted then the baddies u got in the anime. From what I remember the anime said that 1% of the population are alter users, in the manga its 2%. Well I noticed the difference, the first 2 Alter user baddies arent in the anime at all and are pretty messed up. 1 guy obsorbes people to make myself bigger ...basically he can mold flesh, which is nasty because the people he obsorbes seem to still be alive...:l

Another is a pharaoh woman whos pretty much naked save for her fishnet wide nipple rings and thong. She, like the first, gets her power from obsorbing people. Cept tubes come outta her back and just suck the life outta ya ^^. Theres a lot more to her character (her alter for example) But I dont wanna give away to much.

AM very happy to see the anime is as good as the manga.
