Right,since the mangas late on these past weeks,i have read the whole manga up to 811 again and i just wanna point out a few things.

It pissed me a lot the first time when i read Kimura vs Mashiba which ends with Kimura losing.This time it even frustrated me more.Kimura absolutely trashed Mashiba and wiped the floor with him,dont get me wrong i like all the charachters(yes all) in HNI,but that fight should have ended with Kimura winning it.I had a similar feeling with Vorg vs Sendo also.It wasnt as one-sided as kimura's fight but Vorg should be the winner there.

And damn you Coach Kamogawa,for not teaching Kimura and Aoki anything at all.They kep learning things by themselves while coach is totally focused on Takamura and Ippo.And whats the fucking deal with Shinoda,he just stands there doing nothing and in late chapters hes paying more attention to Manabu anyways.

There is also something i realized as well then i read the series this time.There were dozens of charachters at the beginning with enough background(my hats off,awesome awesome charachters,not even 1 that sucks).But now that "World" comes in the scene,only Ippo,Miyata,Mashiba,Sendo and maybe Vorg is left.My prediction is that they will definetly push the ranks.But even though Sendo is my favorite charachter,i think he will the be the first one going down agains Ricardo Martinez.Slight chance of Mashiba and Vorg meeting in a world title match,in which i would say Vorg would win.But even so i think when this series ends,which is probably a few years atleast,it will be Ippo vs Miyata.If Sendo's gonna rematch Ippo,he better wins but i hghly doubt so.

Also some stuff i didnt quite get,did Okita retire,what happened to Hayami.Did he quit as well as Kobashi said the past oppenets of Ippo did?I'm also hoping for Sawamura to make a comeback but i dont see him winning agains the Mashiba Sendo etc.

Also the A class torunament in which Manabu is entering.My assumption is that he'll win it.In terms of speed he seems better to me even more then Saeki.The problem is will he change gyms and challenge Ippo.The hints are there but its not definite yet.I'm pretty sure a match between Ippo and Imai will happen tho,and tbh i dont see Ippo losing again.It would be awesome to see match between Yamada and Manabu as well.

Sorry for the wall of text,just things in my mind :P

Edit:I almost forgot.Kamogawa's And Nekota's past was the best story so far imo.And the fight they had against the American soldier was awesome.

yeah i was thinking the same thing.....and a Vorg vs. Mashiba fight would dope as hell...but i really want sendo to fight martinez and take his title, then defend it against Ippo or Miyata.....hopefully winning both fights, but umm i havent read HNI in about a month (decided to start again next summer when hopefully new volumes from the tankoban will be released) but hopefully by the time i start again with it, the randy boy jr. fight will be over with, since i cant wait for this one.....i kinda suspect miyata might lose by the way

Finally its out,and even better 5 chapters at once.I liked the parts Ippo and Sendo was arguing but seriously Ippo is really starting to get on my nerves.I wish a 3rd match would happen and Sendo kicking his ass but its unlikely.

What actually surprised me is that Miyata is really in a shit condition this time.I still think he'll beat Randy Boy since they are natural enemies but it wouldnt be the first time if my predictions came out wrong.I'm really looking forward to this match but to be frank i wanna see Itagaki's matches more since hes gonna face Saeki and Karasawa.

And finally,Kimura and Aoki seemed in really good conditions and they might take the belt this time.

Miyata vs Randy has now started. So far part of Miyata's sparring with Sendo is paying off (since he is using the head dodging), and it is revealed that after Raccoon Boy beat Miyata-san, he became punch drunk and he went for a world title, got KO'd in round 1, and died a week after that fight and Sakaguchi is trying to egg on Randy that Miyata-san was really the one that killed Randy's father, but Randy doesn't really care about personal vendettas. All he cares about is winning and he only thinks of it as a coincidence that he's fighting Miyata.

Sawamura is also in attendance and feels that Randy will win the fight. And Sawamura asks Ippo what he'll do and Ippo says he'll fight Randy in the case Miyata loses.

Aokimura lose their matches by decision. Kimura loses by technical decision in round 5. They had to go to the score cards due to a cut by an accidental headbutt. Kimura's game plan until then was to throw the rounds to tire out his opponent but it backfired and Aoki didn't have any motivation and he lost by a 10 round decision. And it's sad to see them lose like that after they used the Itagaki/Hoshi fight to develop Shinoda.

And I wonder how they're going to explain Miyata's "lightning bolt" entrance.

820-821 is out.Its just like you said ParaParaJMo,i dont understand why they did the background for Raccon Boy like that,i mean this really changed things.For hundreds of chapters we always thought Racoon Boy dominated Miyata and apperantly he was the one with a lot more damage.I still think Ichirou will win this fight but there might happen yet another twist am not sure.

Also Aoki and Kimura losing really downed me.I mean they have been drawing/losing for what 5 matches now?Gah i wanna see them get the belt.Sawamura watching the match is a nice addition he has been out of the pic for a long time now nice to see him again,and Ippos being a ridicilous fanboy of Miyata is pissing me off.

Actually the story always was that Miyata-san was ahead on the score cards up until the final round. It was just Miyata-san was all fixated on getting the KO.

It was still shown as Miyata's total loss since he got his jaw crushed,gave up his career and people around him leaving other then Ichirou.

yeah, but raccoon boy died. i'm guessing raccoon boy's death was what also led miyata-san to alcoholism. it's just miyata-san got careless that did him in and raccoon boy was said to hit like a mule.
