Fucking fucks of a fuck. Captain Badass Yamafuckingmoto, badass to the end, dies which means more flashbacks. Fortunately it was a two-pager and we already got some of his history and shit early on. This quickly makes way for Yamafuckingmoto losing his fucking torso because a stab is a bitch way to die. Unless that stab makes you fucking explode, like his badass Bankai. In half. Fucking Yamabadassmoto cut in half. At least Kubo didn't give him even more of a bitch ending.

Chapter 511:

Well this chapter was a slight improvement on the last chapter, but considering how bad 510 was this had to be better. Yamamoto got to look badass against as inconsequential character so now it's time to get him off the stage, quickly and brutally. I have to say the dying on your feet theme was done much better in One Piece....but Yamamoto was no Whitebeard.

Now I will give Kubo some credit the image of Yamamoto's head laying on the ground was a good one, but of course he had to fucking ruin it by having Bach blow up the body because that guy can't go five minutes without showing that he is EEEEEEEEVIL. Kubo is like a child that knows nothing about restraint. It would have been so much more powerful to leave him there headless and utterly defeated.

Hopefully that explosion was Kenpachi waking up from a narcoleptic episode but we probably won't find out for another 50 chapters as it will now cut away to something else.

The only thing that'd make minimal sense (by Bleach standards) is for the guardians of the ''King of Soul Society'' to come down from whatever-the-fuck dimension or whatever they're in and kick some asses. But then I'd wonder why they had to wait until the situation is utterly fucked up to move a finger. ''We had to behold if the Gotei 13 were strong enough to protect themselves'', maybe? Sounds retarded to me. Which makes it very Bleach-ish, thus should work okay-ly.

Yep. Yamamoto "wasn't even on the list" of this "war potential" bullshit, yet Aizen was.
You know, the same Aizen who lost his illusion powers and all that. The same Aizen whom directly stated that Yamamoto would overpower him in a fair one-on-one battle.

Of course, now Ichigo is going to come all bloody and whatever the fuck and there'll be battle, and then as the Gotei 13 is being swarmed by the Waffen-SS, an army of espada come as the cavalry to help soul society or whatever.
Or maybe Kubo will have the "0 division" come out and be Deus ex Machina curbstomped first, and THEN the cavalry.

Also, we're still supposed to buy that the guy who beat the #1 Espada without using his Bankai is being overpowered by the butler-gunslinger guy.

Kyoraku is just pathetic at this point. Kubo started to ruin the character in his ''fight'' against Stark and now I care even less about him after all the concentrated bullshit in the few pages he's had.

Yeah and even if Kyoraku does somehow show is bankai now, it's going to be really underwhelming after what Yamamoto showed because we already know it has to be weaker than that. Kubo pretty much blew his wad to early on that one and it's hard to think anything can really top that one, even though it was wasted on an underling. Not any new bankai, not Squad Zero, and not a Nazi Army.

Also considering Ichigo can't beat a cage, it's going to be laughable if he's anything ineffectual when he does show up.

Also, note to Kubo we've been reading Bleach for years now so we know it's bullshit when you say that Yamamoto didn't want to use humans considering he's been depending on Ichigo and his friends since Bleach began. Even going so far as the restore Ichigo's powers after he lost them, hell even before he okayed giving Ichigo the substitute Soul Reaper badge so they could keep an eye on his power and even influence it. Not using humans my ass.

I stalled Bleach for about half a year and now I just caught up again. As a whole, I like reading it and it is interesting. But this just does not hold my attention now. It is not creative anymore, and there is nothing to look forward to from week to week. So I came to this forum to see what everyone thinks, and everyone just seems to hate on Bleach. You know Kubo, you could have just said that Yama's forbidden blow-up spell or whatever had strong magic to it that prevented Orihime from healing it. Sure that'd be dumb, but at least it wouldn't contradict Yama's actions

Yama's death felt empty to me. I felt like I should felt more of a sense of loss, but I didn't.
