BAAAAW. Keima cried for Chihiro. This is well within my predictions. Keima legitimately feels for another human. In fact, maybe her song made him aware of potential feelings for love.
Now, if Keima is in love with her, I wonder how the Goddesses will react.

Chapter 198:
Looks like Keima has three more strikes. Not exactly sure what "rules" are in play with time-travel, but it will be interesting to see how Keima handle the capturing of a target when he is a child. Maybe he'll use his cuteness to his advantage? Hey, if he can get older women like Jun and Hinoki then he should have no problem with this new girl. I'm just glad to see a return to old-style capturing (at least in some sense.) The last arc was good, but it was too much of a build up for such an abrupt ending.
Annoyed this was short. I kind of don't like how this present day stuff is going. The development is likely pointless unless something happens to stick with 7 year old Keima. I'd rather keep going with what's happening in the past. Still, nice to know what happened to the younger Keima.
And with that, they reveal quite the plot twist that actually fixes the only real plot hole of the series. The problem was that it was too convenient for Keima to find all the Jupiter Sisters in his former conquests. But if he's supposed to set them up, that removes the convenience. Does this count at retroactive continuity?
And they just use the multiverse theory to their advantage in a crazy way. @.@
