As for Danzou, maybe he'll run into Naruto and Kakashi and have a minor confrontation w/ Ao in front of them, so they'll know he has sharingan/is guilty of at least some Uchiha meddlin'. Maybe.

On another note:
Does anyone else see Karin getting left behind and having an encounter w/ Naruto soon ("sasuke's changed, cold, needs to be saved, yada yada")?
And what happened to Deidara's sister/possible relative? Why even show that character in the first place? Weak. :/

Sasuke getting saved by Madara because he overexerts himself? Sasuke getting a power-up because he was too weak to win against four Kages? Sounds... like something one has to consider at this point ^^ . But well, Sasuke will kick some ass for sure and he still needs a more or less clear success before he'll be saved by someone in the last second. Something like the Itachi-fight, only that now the excuse of Sasuke is "Well, if my Sharingan had worked a little bit longer, I would've won... definitely. And because of that: I'll begin a new revenge.".
Deidaras Sister? Never heard of her existing in the first place... Where is she mentioned?

Well, would it have any impact if someone states that she's Deidaras sister? I don't really care about that relation: Deidara wasn't that important - so what dramatic purpose does it have to introduce his sister? It's not like I would care if the Mizukage would state that she's related to Nagato either ^^ ... Narutos father is the fourth Hokage - but Narutos father was never really that great an issue. Family relations aren't that important as that it has to be Deidaras sister - so I guess it's very unlikely for her to come into play even if she was mentioned before.

One of the Tsuichikage's bodyguards said that she wanted to see the guy who beat "Deidara-nii" (ch. 461, p. 14). I don't think she's important at all, but it was somewhat random and unnecessary if she never shows up again. She was introduced, said that and had a couple reaction shots during the fight, then dropped out of sight- just odd.

I don't think Sasuke needing help at this point would mean that he was weak against the kages. He's been doing very well so far- showing extreme power, guts, etc., but he has to run out of steam at some point. Susanoo uses massive amounts of chakra, doesn't it? He's been using that and amaterasu like it's his job. Sasuke's made enough of an impression that he can be seen as a formidable threat to all the kages, at the very least. It's just an idea- it depends on how 'dark' Sasuke will be for now. I've liked this fight so far, but if it goes on for much longer without either something more dramatic happening or taking an exposition break, I'll be surprised... or bored... one of those. Meh- who knows? Maybe he'll just plow through the Mizukage and the others and shoot on through to Danzou. I would love that, but I don't know if Kishimoto will do it- he does love to pull punches. That amateratsued samurai didn't even die. :/ I'm sticking to the 'game-changer' happening soon, but I don't think it's going to be Sasuke completely beating all the kages. Excessive Susanoo is excessive.

Imagine Sasuke loses and has to be pulled back by whoever saves him... what comes next? Danzou is chased by Sasuke, Naruto chases Sasuke - are we supposed to see some kind of race who gets to his target at first?
Anyway I guess Sasuke will win against the Mizukage - at least against her, not sure whether Kishi will really dare to go as far as Sasuke beating up the rest of the Kages too - since he needs some real success. And what he has done until now was already more than what realistically should be possible but it's not what one would expect after all that "Omg, his chakra is cold... perhaps I could use it as a fridge..."-talk. What Sasuke has shown until now already marks him as more than an exceptional talented individual, now it has to be shown in a real 1vs1-fight staying that way from beginning to end.

What I expect is Sasuke winning against Mizukage, escaping and then getting ambushed by Danzou, Sasuke is getting his eye-problems at this point so that his fight against Danzou gets a little spicier - but I think, Sasuke will get his revenge but it will be portrayed as meaningless and as a way to show on which side Sasuke is now.

I think it's just the translation you are looking at. The translation I have says, "They say he's the guy who killed Deidara". Deidera is a missing-nin/rogue from Iwagakure like they are. "nii" isn't always used for blood relations like that. It can also be used as a sign of respect.

bleh, naruto has too many characters with little to no progression that I couldn't care less if they died.(or if sasuke kills them with his super hate chakra) Though I'm not sure what I would actually want to see out of it, so I just hope it leads in a decent direction and doesn't drag on too painfully. plus hey, at least it's better then bleach.
