There were some good reveals during the Obito back story.

Every chapter since the revival has shown simply how one sided the battle is right now, and at the very best the Alliance and the Juubi are at a standstill. I feel like 16 chapters in a row that focus on the "final boss battle" (i don't think there will ever be a more powerful enemy) is more than fair. While reading I thought that it may have been moving to fast. This is one of the biggest moments if not the biggest moment that Naruto (the manga) will ever have.
