Third OVA is out...
There is a raw of it, and a subtitled version that some bloke on Livejournal did. I haven't gotten a chance to see it yet, but I have read that the first two minutes aren't subbed, and no one knows for sure why... theories are that the guy used the manga as a guide, and the first two minutes of the 3rd volume are not in the manga. Aside from this, and the slightly lower quality of the video compared to the raw (mpeg2 encoding apparently) it is supposed to be alright. Gotta give the guy credit for doing what others have not done yet (subbed the episode). I can post more back after I have had a chance to watch it. I'll likely still check out Mahou's, BoH's, or AonE's version when/if they come out. Not that I bear this individual any grudge, but I am under the impression that the other folks have been doing it longer. Still nice to be able to watch it at any rate. More to come if anyone want's to follow up. |

Well, that makes acquisition easier for you then doesn't it?!
I would say "lucky" but I don't believe that one should judge a residence by the availability of consumable media. However, if you like your location, and can do relatively well for yourself, then awesome. I've lived stateside for the past 13 1/2 years... overall I have no complaints. If you do buy the R2 disc, post back, and let people know if it is J-NTSC or PAL, and whether or not it has any English subtitles (I recall reading that the newer R2 releases do have subtitling... do not know if it is true or not). |
