An overall great voice actor in other words.
I saw the first episode, and I must say I like it. The animation is nice too. It has a very vivid color spectrum, but the colors aren't so... shiny as in many other recent animes where it just becomes annoying.

I can't believe how great the VA cast is. They did an amazing job with this.
Expecting episode 2 to be epic, considering the next part in the manga is full of win.

this is not normally my thing... punk kid adventurer? let's see, i hated Yu Yu Hakkashu, Beelzebub, Bleach; they bore me and i hated all the main characters.

Like i said. Shounen is a demographic. There is no line to skirt. If it appears in a Shounen magazine, and is directed towards to the correct age range, then it is Shounen.

Pretty interesting first episode looking forward to see how it develops.

Though I must say that if I'm going to have one problem with the series it would have to be that I'm betting the main character ends up using his powers for some noble reason. I mean seriously if I found out that I was the offspring of satan then I would just be like "hell yeah! time for me to take over the world." It would make for a much more interesting series in my opinion.

Same, the manga's pretty good... and to answer your question:

he has power over blue flames, this series' name translated into english is "Blue Exorcist"... it's kind of obvious what he ends up doing...

Well, this looks better than I expected. I expected generic shounen, and that it no doubt is, but I didn't expect it to be this well done. The summaries I've read don't make it sound very appealing to me, but this first episode, I liked it quite a lot. This should be very entertaining.

Edit: Also, the musics are great. Epic classical choir music combined with some metal elements in at least one song! And if that little bit of music played during the sponsor screen is from the OP, I can't wait to hear the OP.

And here I was hoping for an awesome opening. Turns out it's totally meh, not even worth listening to twice. Well, at least the BG musics are still awesome.

Ep2. Well pretty much what I expected,but nonetheless pretty interesting.I must say I liked how they ended the episode,not exactly a cliffhanger but I got a feeling it was a bit unique than other shows.
