God damnit. The OVA just reminded me just how much I loved and now miss the show D:

25th episode was awesome.

This was a pretty decent OVA, but I really hope it's not a sign of what we can expect from the movie.

Too light/uneventful for me, but I guess that's what most ovas are.

Episode 25 was absolutely great. As if the show's own epilogue wasn't enough, we even got this one last marvel.



Now, as for the movie, I guess it'll be another route for the story just as we're all expecting. If the game has bad endings it'd be both awesome and depressing if they used one of those, but I wouldn't mind at all an alternative version of the TV series' storyline with another bittersweet finale.

I know, I did the same xP the few I do review are generally critiques with what's wrong with it. This one is perfect. Own the whole series and waiting to buy the OVA now, though I've seen that too :D.

I loved watching Steins Gate like a few animes before. First anime i watched in one day, it just flew by
Brings out all the nerdy in me ( time traveling, conspiracy). All the chars are well done. Okarin was a bit annoying at the beginning but the more i watched the more fun he seemed. Mayuri probably tops my list of the most adorable chars (next to Pino from Ergo Proxy).

I liked Okarin from the start. The mistake I made was that I assumed that he was as insane as the protagonist from Chaos;Head.

If you own it then it's a bootleg.. Funimation has yet to even set a release date for their licensed version of it.
