Lol. I reckon

she's from the future. Humans must be tagged or something in the future and that's what she's used to. She could be working for another organisation opposing CERN which may be why she checked Okarin.

I'm actually wondering if maybe

CHRISTINAAA! might be someone "evil" and "important" in creating the future dystopia. It would explain why the shop girl (who seems to be from the future) regards her like an enemy. It would also create the central conflict of the show, as it seems like HOUOUIN! and CHRISTINAAA! seem to be getting a bit close... if he picks up the gauntlet and tries to change the future, only to find there is no way to stop the dystopia without killing CHRISTINAAA! and you have a gripping plot for the rest of the show

It's also completely possible that

the shop girl was the one to originally kill Christina. That would explain her completely shocked reaction when she first saw them. She retained her memory of her death similar to Okabe.

Sound reasonable?

Sounds very plausible. I think you could be on the money there dude..

That could very well be possible as well! If Christina

is the 'bad guy' or associated with some big development in time travel in the future, it makes sense that someone tried to kill her (by travelling back in time maybe) at the start of the series to prevent her doing whatever she does in the future.

It would be interesting if the shop-girl is actually Okabe's Daughter (making her remember time-shifts) and is also using the alias "John Titor". "I'm rooting for you!" makes this seem closer to a possibility.
