Not that I have seen the actual series yet. I'm just making this thread cause I know there'll be one in a little bit anyway with the raw of episode 1 released. (Of course I've already started the download of the raw ^^ ) Any comments from people who have already seen the raw are welcome. ^^ I've got high expectations for this jewel. XD

yes, i have been waiting for a sequel to come out. the first series was pretty sweet with the mecha action and the second wasn't anything like the first one. it was just pure comedy, and i loved it still.

now TSR is going back to the roots of the first season i believe, but with elements of the second one still very present since it is a continuation.

so has anyone stepper up to say that they are going to be subbing this? i know stupid kid (bakakozou) did the trailer for it, but are they going to do the series as wel????

first ep has come out as a RAW... it'll be waiting for me when I Get back from work. =^_^=

EDIT: I really liked it... some parts I couldn't quite follow of course (my japanese isn't *that* good, yes).. so will wait with final judgment.
but so far, looking good.

I thought the OP and ED had the same feel as both the original and Fumoffu.
that is to say, quite good. =^_^;=

Groups that will be subbing this:
I Suck Fansubs, (part of We Suck? I don't know)
Kisamanime,
AnimeCouncil,
LIME Anime,
Shinsen-subs.

Well I have the raw so I might as well watch it. >.> ep 00 was pretty good so I believe this will be too.

ep 01
Hmm, I must of missed this series, the OP is just sweet. The song from the first one was better though. Holy crap at "English" being used to thank the sponsors. Weird. I got flashbacks of front mission while watching the first battle. 9 min in and is starts getting good. Hmm... I hope this show doesn't suffer from sequel syndrome. ED is very good, the song that is. The preview music reminds me of the gunship 2000 theme. Eps 2 looks promising. I can only give this a 7 out of 10 for ep 01. (sequel syndrome)

I was watching some other show where partway through the series they started thanking the sponsors in English, too. I think it was Scrapped Princess? Anyway, yeah., Hella weird...

I haven't quite finished the first series, and saw all of Fumoffu, but I did check the raw out. It's not bad so far, though I really couldn't get into due to little japanese knowledge. I'm sure once it's subbed I'll enjoy it more.

Animation's pretty nice, though the CGI helocopters could've looked better. It's kind of interesting to see those in CGI next to hand drawn mechs.

Just a small thought. It was a tad weird to see characters in combat with bemused looks on their faces. Sousuke was the only one who looked like he was fighting. Seasonad pros I guess.

Looking good so far. Reminds me that FMP is yet another show I need to finish.

i just watched with sub and it was really good. l luved the opening and ED i really dind't like it maybe i dun like mood of ED song.

ep1. there's not much to talk about... it was pure action. i think ep.1 was trying to show us that the bad guys have really relaly good weapons and stuff
