This show took me by surprise, I haven't read the manga or seen previews so I was completely in the dark. It's no wonder that this show has been pre-licensed, it is good, very good, at least for me. To me it has that classic adventure feel which is so hard to find. The music is good, what can I say it's the kind I like. We have another Goth/Loli girl cast member, which is not a bad thing, it seems to be the popular thing this season. Cute and funny cast members are a plus, I can't wait to see the bad guys, especially the one with the bunny (assuming she is one of the bad guys). The main character, I like him, not the type I'd usually like, but I like him. Not a lot of plot or story so far, but you know what, episode 1 was very entertaining and that's what counts.

Another good anime IMHO.

I quite enjoyed the first ep of this show, it seems like it could develop into an interesting story.

I read a slight bit of the manga for this and I thought it was quite nice. So I was looking forward to the anime. And I like the anime version. I think it's cute.

Yeah, this has a unique angle to it. We get the whole "hero meets cute girl who he has a crush on and wants to protect," but instead of "girl can't protect herself," she transforms into a powerful weapon. All in all, I like this anime.

Well episode 2 seemed to be quite decent too, especially when Kuea get's hungry LOL. Anyhow the only qualm I had with it was the drop in animation quality.

i haven't seen ep 2 yet, but they changed it from the manga... whether the difference is slight or significant, is all opinion, but i'm not too happy. they also took out quite a bit of comedy, aka. SD. we'll see how it turns out. the manga was awesome, hopefully the anime doesnt let down. this is a make-up for Rave's disappointment.

What humor did they take out? (I haven't read the manga yet)

SD scenes mostly, but some others too. you'd have to read it to find out.

Anybody know where I can get raw scans of volumes 1 and 2 of the manga? I have the scanlations, but I like raws better. Personally, I like how the manga is going more than the anime's path.
