That's like complaing that Azumanga Daoih has no plot; well duh, neither does thr source material. Any semblance of plot is just framework for the nexy gag, which will inevitably be the result of the defining traits of one of the leads. Episode 3 was a good episode it really didn't start to get funny until it was approaching the end. But still overall it was a good episode. But it was just like the episodes that came before it.

Episode 4 like the previous episodes was forgettable once it was over but that doesn't mean it wasn't enjoyable. The episode had some semi-funny moments but even those were forgotten once they moved onto the next joke. Basically all it boils down to is that if you somewhat liked the previous episodes then your going to somewhat like this episode as well.
