i've been watching naruto for a few months now. i am finally up to date and have watched every episode(yes, i have far too much free time). naruto is my favorite anime addiction as of late. great story line, unique and diverse characters as well as ninjitsu techniques. the music works really well with the general feel of the show and always does a pretty good job of adding to the emotional state of a scene. i would have to say perverted frog hermit is my favorite character. hehe. what about you folks, do any of your have any oppinions of this show that arn't spoilers?

Are you sure that you're talking about naruto? =p You description seems to differ from the anime you're talking about quite a bit... being directly opposite on many accounts

It's a reflex reaction really

. Whenever someone mentiones "Naruto" and "great storyline" in one sentence, I feel that God will kill a kitten if I don't poke at that someone

Personally, I really don't like those action anime where fights last for more than 5 episodes at most, as that's way too long for a single fight, and things get repetitive. Reminds me way too much of DBZ, which I absolutely loathe!

i am not saying that every episode has a great story line. sometimes there are things i find out right stupid, but the general storyline has been one i've found enjoyable. i am not a closet naruto fan, i enjoy it quite a bit. have watched every episode so far and everything. it is just something to fill time though, entertainment and nothing more.

It's not great or anything, but I find the show to be very enjoyable ^^ .
Although there are other anime out there with storylines that completely blow Naruto away.
Take Wolf's Rain for example. It's confusing and deep. The complete opposite of Naruto.
Naruto can be deep sometimes, but it doesn't last very long.
It's just one of those anime that's very fun to watch ^^ !

Meh, I find Naruto very addicting for some reason, and it's my current number one favorite anime ^-^ .
I do agree with Shinji103 though. Fights in anime should never last more than five episodes. After that, it just gets boring.
