Well they have aired the first episode of this long awaited end to the series on line.

It looks to be linked on Hulu for Shonen Sunday

Obviously if you are watching this you probably have (or should have) seen the first show.

If not you will be most confused of the story of Kagome, falling down a well that transports her to a different time and era, to fight demons and look for shards of a sacred jewel.
Accompanying her is the title character, a half demon named Inuyasha, a demon hunter Sango, a monk Miroku and a pint sized full demon Shippo.

I have been wanting to see them end this show since it was on Adult Swim. I did not finish the manga so I did not know where it was heading.

The first part seems to have been just one big cast call of all the characters. There is almost no one that is not reintroduced. Even Kagome's three girlfriends at school are given a moment.
Anyhow, seems it will still have the pitfalls of everyone remembering things in a mono log, as if to guide the audience every flippin step! I will say I did forget a few things though, so I guess those annoying reminders did come in handy.
The animation was still on par if not a tad bit better than the series. And they did not do something like change up the character designs, so it feels like this fits like a glove to the last part of episode 100 and whatever that it originally ended on.

Nothing too new happening EXCEPT

I was not disappointed, it was a bit of a trip to see it though.

I have seen the first series via Adult Swim, but i must say, I am reluctant to pick this one up. Is there any info on the length?
