I really wasn't expecting to like this, but I'm completely taken by the drama, the tone, and pacing - everything.

watcched all 3 episodes, read 3 vols of the manga and added the entry:

might potentially be changed later.

GREAT series so far. really impressed, and i normally hate sports anime.

Same, I never watch sports anime. But this is great!
The first episode really got my attention, so I decided to watch it; I'm so glad I did!

I wasn't gonna watch this but there has been alot of positive talk about this so i think ill give the first episode a watch.

have to say that (so far) this series is phenomenal. Despite the last couple episodes (13 and 14) being a bit slower pace, it looks like the series is going to get back in the swing of things (ooooh a pun). Being my first sport anime (I don't count Suzuka), I was worried that I wouldn't like it or get bored. Well, safe to say Ive been glued to my screen every episode.

I have to say with the 1st episode i found this series to be quite unique.
Now that we are 15 episode in though if have taken a turn towards average.

Don't get me wrong the series is still very good, but i watch a lot a sports animes, and despite having such a different beginning, it seems to have fallen into your normal sports anime mold.
