After watching episode 08 and 09 a minute ago, I am kinda starting to doubt this series can still be called ecchi.

Episode 08: Was some sort of recap episode.... but all women were naked to the flesh. And this for a while 20 minutes. In the end they started to drink milk when the guys obviously "came", giving me more an image of some softcore/censored hentai.

Episode 09: This episodde was dedicated to a speciall halloween-ish event and started of pretty well.

Until the bear and the monkeys came. I am sorry, but that was the thing that made me post this thread. Beastiality is something not ecchi, but hentai imo. Even if it IS censored.

What are your thoughts about this?

green green is walking a fine line between hentai and ecchi =) but i think that in order for it to be qualified as hentai they have to show sex as well.

Have you seen Shin/New Angel?

THe version I've seen was mostly censored. And still it's a 100% hentai.

OR shin (which has like 14 or so diff animes named after it.)

My echhi definition is that of animenfo:

"Ecchi anime contains very light sexual themes, such as sexual comedy, transvestites, lecherous grandparents, the occasional bare breast, but never any actual sex. Lots of nosebleeds and potty humor"

I personally think Green Green crossed that line. Since that bear in ep 9 was obiously having actual sex....
