sure seems like a bandwagon to me. Sure there are plenty of plot twists, but that doesn't make them random. All in all I would say the show has picked up speed for sure, but I kind of expected that from watching it from the beginning.

I don't think an average ending would have worked well for the show. It will either be a great ending putting it way up there on a list of great anime, or it will crash and burn.

You know, I liked the show up until this episode. The plot twists mean NOTHING for the show. I mean, go back to every episode with a twist (the last 10 each had their own probably) and see how many have their effects still felt. What happened to the war for the world between TBK and Britannia? Nunnally's death was forgotten, the betrayal of the Dark Knights doesn't seem important anymore, and Lelouch is just running all over the place doing shit for no reason. (They never really told us why the hell Suzaku is with Lelouch. He's an asswipe.) It's picking up speed, waaaay too much speed, and it doesn't have to. They could have focused on something, ANYTHING, but instead decided to pile together an incoherent mess and ruin a series. This isn't going to be an average ending. This is going to suck.

to be honest they should have made the taking down of charles the ending, or killed charles earlier, and had more episodes to develop the last bitf between lelouch and shnitzle

There is still time for some of the stuff to tie back in. The final episodes should tie up the loose ends(like why suzaku is with lelouch) After watching this much of the show it seems kinda foolish not to watch the final act and see how it all turns out.(This conversation is obviously going nowhere, so I'm done.)

More like you don't have anything to say after jumping on people for their opinions.

I'm still going to watch it, but I'm expecting the worst.

I was hoping that Lelouch and Kallen would be nice to each other or something, but it was interesting to say the least.. Happy for Lloyd screen time, he's always fabulous. On a side note: what you all fail to realize is that Nunally isn't the real one.. other wise, where's my Ninja Maid??? She was standing right behind Nunally during the explosion.

Well, I agree with Conquest and I hope everything will be answered in the end. Until then, I can't really base my opinion of an entire series on a handful of episodes. That's silly. No sense in dropping it now when it's almost over. But go for it if that's what you want. :D

This series is officially a joke.

Naturally I'll watch the end after having come this far, and it's still halfway entertaining at times.

The twists were just really shitty. I didn't even react when they unveiled Nunally, everyone seems to be doing whatever the fuck they want and sod all reasons are given.

Also another thing that really got on my nerves. The fight between Suzaku and Bismark. A couple of episodes ago he went a-running asking himself "is the knight of one that dangerous of an enemy?"

Then it gets revealed he has future-seeing geass and I expect an awesome battle. Fuck no, he just "uses his live on geass in his own way" what the fuck. What a really shitty waste of space cop-out. Oh and it's been repeated a million times, but the strength of the mechs are just silly now. S1 was great, rollerskating grunt mechs made it great. Now even the rounds mechs are destroyed by a funny look.

I can't believe they managed to ruin something that had so much potential.
