Oh trippy, that never even occurred to me. :o You may actually be on to something... I mean she was probably bleeding out, but remember how Suzaku's reactions/mentality changed when Lelouch used his Geass on him and told him "don't die" in the first season? Maybe something similar could happen in that Shirley is somehow able to, hmm... how to say it... put more effort into not dying? She obviously wouldn't live long without immediate medical assistance (if she didn't in fact die at the end of last episode) but perhaps the effect of the Geass might give her will power an extra little push that could make the difference between holding on and letting go. I personally wouldn't put much money on it but the idea definitely seems plausible.

Watch her come back as the emperor's Geass Robocop or something. xD

So maybe Shirley just passed out from blood loss and isn't actually dead just really badly wounded. I don’t know that's what I hope... Shirley is too adorable to kill
Well it is possible, however if you remember the first series, that if they're unable to perform it, then it just wont happen (If I recall). So if it isn't possible for her body to sustain her, then she wouldn't be able to live.. You might as well be telling a man with no legs to walk..

I don't think she's coming back. He hit her with Geass, which made her probably live for a few more seconds if he hadn't, but I doubt Geass can actually stop bleeding. Remember, the only thing the Geass did for Suzaku was give him a different mindset, which makes me REALLY want a nice Geass canceling on him, followed by a "go kill yourself" Geass.

Hmmm, well you all have very good theories. I could live with a part cyborg Shirley, but if she ends up becoming the Emperors puppet that would be terrible lol Lelouch would be screwed if he had to fight her. And I agree that Suzaku really needs to get hit with a 'go kill yourself' Geass, Lelouch could have won the war like five times already if it wasn't for Suzaku. Maybe it’s just me but does anybody else really and I mean REALLY hate V.V.?

laughing my ass off.

Also, watching the dub on AS raised a question. Is Britannia supposed to be America or England? I always assumed it was England since that was the original name of the british isles and especially with all this Knight crap, but the teacher lecturing them was talking about how Elizabeth or w/e escaped to the American colonies were Britannia was created. Is this just in the dub or did they mention that in the subs too?

*edit*
Found on wiki "Its homeland is based in North America, and its imperial city is Pendragon... With the exception of the European countries and parts of North Africa (which it is attempting to conquer), the Britannian Empire controls the entire Western Hemisphere, Japan, New Zealand, parts of the Middle East, and a portion of the Indochina Peninsula in the novels (the maps in later episodes contradict this). Contrary to its name, it does not control the British Isles, since Napoleon managed to successfully conquer the region."
So I guess that makes Britannia the US? Or is it that when Napoleon was conquering Britannia they fled to the Americas?

Also, uh, holy shit episode 12 season 1
was the crazy lesbo fapping it to a picture of Euphy?
