Only thing I noticed was a different preview for the next episode, plus a thingy at the start saying "late night show" or something similar.
 At least the ecchi parts aren't any less censored or anything.

Is it because they have shinigami's in here that fight hollows and write people's names in Death Notes? Wait, theres none of that in here... so it is nothing like Bleach or Death Note...

I watched the first episode and dropped it. Excellent concept, some great fights, couldn't stand the voices, thought the dialogue and comedy was inane, couldn't be arsed in the end.
