Episode 1

So we start out with a flashback of Shinku being "born" so to speak, and we catch our first glimpse of "Father."

Then we return to the present with Jun's school, to find that Jun has yet to return. It does seem that he has begun to do is schoolwork again though. Also good to see he's helping around the house at least a little bit. His relationship with Nori has also drastically improved compared with the first season.

Shinku is being haunted by nightmares about Suigintou. Despite everything that let up to it, she feels guilty for what happened to Suigintou in the end. Their conversation leaves me wondering though: if Shinku didn't take Suigintou's Rozen Mystica, what happened to it?

Enter the White Rabbit. I suppose I should not be surprised. Shinku at least seems to be acquainted with him. The seventh doll, Bara-Suishou, on the other hand, seems to be a bit of a surprise to her.

Episode 2

Bara-Suishou is very strong, probably even stronger than Suigintou was. It is hard to be sure, since Shinku's memories of what happened to Suigintou are making her hesitate. The White Rabbit ended up pulling her fat out of the fire, for reasons I can't even guess at.

Wow, Shinku just threw Jun's shut-in past right in his face. She is having a lot of trouble controlling her emotions.

ep 1

so we finally find out what Rozen looks like. and about how Shinku was made.

glad Jun is slowly working towards going back to class, one small step at a time.

Im wondering if that little purple light is her rozen mystica. but that wouldnt make sense because the twins lost theres last season for a bit.

and now we get the White rabbit and another new doll.

ep 2

Shinku must be quite nervous about this new doll, and i dont blame her she is quite strong and Shinku doent know anything about her.
im still trying to figure out the white rabbit. hmm

and this is completely random but i found real life rozen maiden dolls

No, those are their "artificial spirits" which are more like a familiar or a spirit guide in that they are independently intelligent to a certain degree, whereas the rozen mystica I think are actually the dolls' souls. The names are confusing but they make it pretty clear they are two different things.

For some reason, Bara-Suishou seems to have Suigintou's artificial spirit Meimei.

Before I forget, when I was searching around to make sure there wasn't already a Träumend thread, I noticed that the consensus seemed to be that the ideal time to watch Ouverture was after episode 7 of Träumend.

so another new doll and she spends most the ep trying to break into the house because she thinks she is strong enough to defeat all four of them at once.
im guessing when she fails she will hang out at Jun's house to wait for the 'right' time to attack again.
and now its pretty much a hide and seek episode. and when they find her no one really cares. so all the dolls have made an appearance

so do u want to watch ouverture after ep 7?

Kanaria also considers herself to be smarter than all of them, though her artificial spirit seems to be the brains of the outfit. We haven't seen her use her powers yet, so it remains to be seen how strong she really is.

I'd be surprised if Kana didn't end up living there too. With shows like this, it wouldn't have been all that surprising for Suigintou to end up living with them. The whole set on fire thing complicated that though.

Episode 4

Ha! Suiseiseki just unceremoniously dumped Kanaria into the portal to test it.

And now Jun has another covenant. I'd hate to be him if Shinku and Suiseiseki were to seriously fight each other.

No. Absolutely do not watch Ouverture before completing Träumend. Although Ouverture does take place somewhere between ep 7 and 8, it includes a couple of spoilers for Träumend and there are a few minor scenes in Ouverture that only make sense after you have seen the end of Träumend. So I would recommend finishing Träumend first if you wish to remain completely unspoiled. I don't even know why someone would recommend that viewing order for a first watch. It would be fine for a re-watch though.

i think Suiseiseki is becoming my favorite character for this show, ah who am i kidding i think she already is.

It would suck for Jun if they fought but i dont think they will, they all seem to care to much for each other so i dont actually see anyone winning the alice game. though im probably wrong, i just dont want the others to 'die.'

thanks for letting us know, i dont want spoilers so i guess i will stick with the original plan and watch Ouverture last.
