(By the way, I hope you can tell my opinion of Key's works is kinda low) :p Actually if Key would stop using girls with the mental capacity/social skills of a grade schooler in high school, I might like it better (I'm looking at Mizuka, Mio, Mayu, Nayuki, Ayu, Kano, Misuzu, Nagisa, Fuko, Kotomi, and any others I forgot). That's a lot of really immature girls for four games. Kanna is the only one that acts like a complete child that didn't irritate the heck outta me. |

Okay so who watching Clanned? What do u all think?
I have hoping this anime turn out really good, it not like most harem anime. Yes, there girls that interact with Tomoya, but he not the normal wimpy lead. And there build the series very well, there not just jumping in to the women fight over his affection.(yet that might change but at least not yet) Last edited by Roxas; 10-24-2007 at 11:59 AM. I am waiting to see how well they can blend the comedy with the drama in this one . So far they are doing quite well .Especially in the second episode . The main male is likable just a regular guy who is not interested in school but willing to help when he has got nothing better to do . Nagisa's character is unrealistic but one cannot help but sympathize with her .I just hope that

First ep in 1280x720 (widescreen HD) is out :).
Havent really watched it, only first 5mins of episode 1. But it seems like a nice series, even airing in (widescreen)HD now. Comparison with Normal vs. Wide ![]() Difference in colors is because of the raw, one just has a bit 'brighter' colors. The 1280x720 raw is from some japanese group or something [アニメ] CLANNAD -クラナド- 第01話 「桜舞い散る坂道で」 (BS-i DivX6.6 1280x720) Other source is from Shimaaji - 960x720 resolution (4:3) Last edited by hxkclan; 10-26-2007 at 02:22 PM. Err, wondering who releases the HD version and just.. how? Where does this wide-screen version come from? It sure can't be released on DVD yet, so is it airing after the normal version or something?
EDIT: Well yeah, after actually READING your post I suppose it does air on TV in the wide-screen format, but that's just weird ;/ |

But as you say, you can see the patterns, but alot of people take comfort in the familliar. And the stories are abit different and they all have something to give their audiense. I for one Loved Kanon, I love what ive seen of clannad and I loved Air (although not as much as kanon :D And if you think about it Elfen Lied uses the same mold, so dont hate the mold. |
