HMMMM the hottest GAME is finally out on anime

I haven't seen the second episode yet and I don't think I will. The first one sucked ass, it was really bad.

I have heard about this show and want it badly! I cannot wait to buy and view the show. I think the release for it will be this Sept I think. Well anyway I think this will be very cool.

Not a whole lot of plot in it, yet. Though there are hints about some being there. But with fight scenes that awesome, I really can't complain too much. The soundtrack for this rocks, too.

so bad that the series only is 12 episodes >_< episode 09 aired today I hope the last episodes is a lot better than the first ones!!!

And all the things that they showed in the series so far dosent cover much from the games -.- so there gotta be another series a new season after this one >_<

It's rather juvenile, isn't it?

Another thing, do they have to always pose, let alone in such strange positions? They don't have the style of JoJo characters, so they can't really pull it off.

Oh dear God, I jsut watched the first episode. It looks... horrible.

The animation is stunning but the story is really bad. As a game, DMC is entertaining, and Dante is justifiably arrogant. But as an anime character I really expect far more depth, and right now it's all style no depth. Not even a hint of anything beyond his R-rated silliness.

I did find his attempts to mask the gore from Patty slightly humorous, though, and I also liked the part where he's driving and shoots down that demon at the same time.

But overall it seems to just promise well-choreographed and slightly OTT fights. Patty is also REALLY annoying.
