User activity is temporarily down - coming back soon with more functionality
 

You may have noticed that the friend activity is missing from your profile, and the user activity boxes are missing on the homepages.

This is due to an anime list bug that we need to make sure is fixed. We'll relaunch the activity feed in the near future in a much better state, including things like blogs/reviews and RSS feed versions - for now, it may be down for a month or two.

Thanks for your patience and understanding - stay tuned for a MUCH better activity feed :)

Cool, the way the feature was before was good. But not heart-breaking to see it gone.

Awesome. I actually like the feature. ^_^ Sometimes I see my friends adding shows I never noticed before. And I like seeing what my friends are up to.

I liked the original feature; though I wish it could show more things that everyone has set as want to watch some had some way to keep better track of it. Sometimes it pushes the new data off the activity list too fast if there's too many friends setting things as want to watch/watched/dropped/stalled etc... (and it's like this with having only three friends.)

I like to use this feature quite a lot to find new anime easier, since my friends usually watch similar anime to myself (and some of my friends do the same for what I set as want to watch.) Hm, well I guess I look forward to when the feature is back.

So... I don't want to sound impatient, but is there at least a rough estimate on when user activity will up again? I really want it back :/
