We just discovered a crappy bug with the way anime is updated here on the site. While changing BAA's type from movie to OVA, it was automatically (via the bug) marked as ongoing. Unfortunately, this also has the (intended) side effect of changing all 'watched' statuses to 'watching'.
We've changed BAA back to not ongoing, so you can again mark Watched. Unfortunately this means that everyone who had it marked watched, will need to mark it again, since you now have it marked as watching :( This didn't break any other series and no other statuses, so rest assured the rest of your list should be just fine. In the meantime we will fix the bug asap and will not change the type of another anime until that happens. I apologize for the inconvenience and let me know if you have any questions. Here's a pickle for good measure. ~sothis

That would be because as a movie it was set at the default duration of 90 minutes, however now it's set as an OVA with 2 eps, the duration is correct at 30 mins each so it only came to a total of 60 minutes. :)

This bug had a side effect of messing up my watched and watching counts.
My profile says: 291 watched -1 watching It should say: 290 watched 0 watching |

It seems that there may be a further bug with this. According to some complaints in the chat room, it seems that the script which counts # of series per status never stopped counting alita as "watched". Thus people who had 1 "watching" prior to this incident continued to have 1 watching, even while alita was showing as 'watching". When they marked alita back to "watched", their watching count dropped to 0 & their watched count was 1 too high.
edit: ^yeah, what mjf posted while I was posting this post.

Yeah. As Drahken speculated, this bug leads into the stats bug. I'll have both of them fixed in a few hours and the stats recounted. Sorry 'bout that :)

Stats are back on track now. If you notice your signature is a bit off, just update one of your anime and it'll sync again.
Once again, please accept the pickle below as a token of my humble apologies. As well as this dancing banana. It's the only one I have...
