Are anime ever going to link to the manga they're based off of? (Either in the relations or elsewhere)

Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood and the Fullmetal Alchemist movie aren't connected on the site. (Granted, their stories aren't connected, but it's all part of the same franchise, so I suppose it could go either way.)
