The proper way to use site tags in your blogs
I've noticed a lot of people using the site tags in interesting ways, so I wanted to call out what their purpose is and why you should use them.
If I'm looking up Naruto and want to find opinions/discussions I can join about it, I'll click the blogs tab. By tagging your blog with the anime tag 'Naruto', it means your blog post will show up in this tab. Because of this, it's important that your blog post have information that someone might care about. Things people might care about: -A review -Your idea of viewing order -Some sort of fun/interesting info you know about the series -Jokes related to the series, anything Things people aren't going to care about: -'I'm going to watch Naruto tonight' -'I think I might review Naruto sometime' -'I haven't seen Naruto' So basically, instead of tagging Naruto onto blog entries that don't actually discuss it, wait to tag it with that review, or that post you make after you watched it, etc. I might get some moderators in place to go through and help with the tagging (removing when inappropriate or adding/leaving a helpful post about the site tags for education) - I have to think some more about it. |

Thanks for this. I was so confused about what to do with the blogs in the anime section. This should be a fun feature.

Mods would be a good idea.
