I don't think it's an issue of time, so much as the number of different people you leave rep for. But, hey, it's just a guess and I'm probably wrong, so let's wait for Pidj to answer =)

I don't think there's a limit on either, if there is it hasn't been reached yet.

You can't leave rep for the same post twice, but you can leave rep for a post someone else has repped. Hell, Lagore repped 20ish people in a span of 2 hours the moment he found out and learned how to use the system.

However, just because this is how it is doesn't mean you should abuse it. Please continue to only leave rep for deserving posts. =)

How do I check which people have left rep for me? Or is it only the admins who can check that?

Go into your User Control Panel (link should be in the top left of the page, or you can click here)

Need to correct myself. There apparently is a limit, I just didn't know about it because admins are sort of... immune to the limits. I'm unsure of what the limit is sorry. X_x;

Fiddled with PiddysGuineaPig a bit. Found out the minimum post count required for a point of rep power is 50.

How well this feature works out is completely based on the users of the message board. I've seen forums that use it well and I've seen forums that abuse it horribly in a bad way. I've seen some forums remove the feature because people were always bitching and moaning about their reputation count, instead they only let you see the post count.

I think it'll be a fun little feature for the board, because I don't see a lot of idiots around.
