Announcing Anime-Planet Annual Community Awards! Vote now for 2008!

Our own Cetonis has been spearheading a project to have A-P yearly awards, and the project has finally come to fruition. Here at A-P the awards will not solely be panel-based; each and every one of you has the ability to vote for your favorites (with some caveats - make sure you read the full rules), and we'll also have a second panel system of votes to be decided on a bit later.

Instead of posting here, please read the rules/announcement and post any comments/concerns there (locking this thread for this reason).

The process this year might be a bit shaky, so consider this a trial run. As of next year the process should be ironed out nicely.

And finally, I apologize that voting is starting this late in the year already. I've been very busy with V3 and it took longer than anticipated to get everything ironed out. And thank Cetonis for his work on this!
