Looking at the main list I would say all are good

Looking at the addional main tags I think they would be good though roll Ninja and Samurai in to one group. The only other one I think should be there is High School, though you started yourself before on it, but offen Im looking for a school based anime, sure they vary a lot though most check it out, because High School animes have great character progression. Also not to sound annoyed or moaning, but a few animes are not on the list, though that could be a matter of option.

Best of luck organising.
Now to watch anime.

Looking at the tags their is pretty much every kind of tag up there, except one.

Now don't crucify me lol, but it's the tag called dub. Alot of people like to watch a show in eng, french, whatever. I know I like to watch anime that are in both dub and sub to compare the 2.

Anyway it would just make it easier if with a dub tag you could see all animes dubbed.

Thats not a bad suggestion, although i wouldn't be sure to have it as a Tag, but maybe a system to be implimented to show the dubbed shows to the subbed ones.

That's a rather neat idea.

Speaking of this, it just gave me another idea as well. The explicit content thread had a thing about a color coded user voting system, to determine how innapropriate a certain show is on the content scale. Now, in that particular situation I don't think it would really work, as leaving content ratings up to user interpretation probably isn't the best idea. However, that got me thinking...

Here's the post I'm refering to if you're curious.

maybe you could also include some kind of user input bar, such as, the tag is set as
'Explicit Content' ...ok here ill make a picture to make this easier.

And users who have watched the anime or who are currently watching the anime can click on each colored square to add to the average.
One could get a good sense of the intensity of a tag this way.
You know some people may like a little blood and guts here and there, but at some point there may be too much in a particular anime for them.

If you get what i'm sayin' here!
just a thought, not a demand of course

What if we tweaked that idea, and instead had a Dubbing tag like that, with some sort of color coded user voting system, that allows people to grade the quality they feel towards the Dubbing? For example it could have several choices, going from shades of red to yellow to green, red being terrible, yellow being mediocre and green being good. Just like the content idea, but tweaked a little for a different purpose.

I think that would be rather useful for helping in determining what version the user should get a copy of. Some shows have absolutely horrendous dubbings which can completely ruin the entire series intent, while other have tolerable ones, and further still a small few have excellent dubbings. I think that would be pretty cool being able to grade the dubbing quality as a tag and/or content label.

What do other people think?
(Although, it could be too complicated to be worth the effort, depending.) I think that would be kind of cool though, if possible.

May I suggest to split the "sci-fi" tag into "hard sci-fi" and "soft sci-fi"? For fans of the genre it really matters...

Btw nice sign the one with Studio 4°'s bats, sothis...

I don't think you can split it that way. SF has more (sub-)genres than just those two. Hard sci-fi and soft sci-fi should just be employed as 'child-tags'.
